Subject Matter

PIC 4020 is now of great significance for migration professionals and their clients.  This workshop will analyse the 'fraud' PIC provisions covering 'identity' and document/false information issues and the applicable ‘waiver’ provisions.

Participants will understand the similarities and differences between the Schedule 4 PIC provisions (PICs 4013, 4014 and 4020) allowing visa refusal and exclusion periods, and will be able to describe the meaning of the key elements of PIC 4020 and case law & Policy, including the grounds on which a waiver can be successful.
