Subject Matter This workshop will provide in-depth coverage of the visa options and requirements for partners, with a focus on issues affecting applicants and sponsors, and practical ways to improve the quality of your partner visa applications. The previous Parliament passed legislation proposing changes to the sponsored family visa program. To-date, the changes have not been implemented and this session will explore the possible ramifications if those changes are enacted.
