These workshops discuss complex issues for cases which do not meet the automatic ROS visa conversion process, and will include family sponsorship and potential false information PIC 4020 and character issues. We also look at the recent High Court decision in NZYQ and changes to the Return Pending Visa including 21 conditions and new criminal offences.
