Subject Matter

Develop a stronger understanding of the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa including its various streams in this workshop.  Explore the legislation and policy in respect of ENS visas and consider their application in real-life scenarios as well as explore practical issues and look at strategies for advising clients on their prospective pathways.  

This workshop and its case studies incorporate the March 2022 announcements to reflect the changes to the Short-term stream TSS to permanent residency and other legislative changes to come into effect from 1 July 2023.
