Subject Matter 6-point full-day CPD program consists of two workshops: - Labour Agreements - Company Structures and Business Documents for Employer Sponsored Applications Morning Workshop - 10 am to 1.15pm Labour Agreements This workshop will explain the context of Labour Agreement programs and the legislative & regulatory requirements for the Agreement, the Nomination and the visa. It will cover sourcing and analysing Labour Agreement policy and information, and how to prepare Labour Agreement submissions and supporting documents. It provides attendees with supporting document checklists, submission checklists, submission templates, Aged Care MOU, variation pro forma and much more. This session will explore DAMA and GTES programs in the context of Labour Agreements, but does not go into the detail of these programs, which are covered in other CPD.
