Develop a stronger understanding of the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa including its various streams in this workshop.  Explore the legislation and policy in respect of ENS visas and consider their application in real-life scenarios as well as explore practical issues and look at strategies for advising clients on their prospective pathways.  

This workshop and its case studies incorporate the December 2024 changes to reflect the changes to ENS TRT, and DE.
