In this workshop participants will develop a stronger understanding of the Temporary Skills Shortage visa (TSS), Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) and Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (subclass 494) visa including the various streams. Participants will also explore some practical issues and look at strategies for advising clients on their prospective pathways.

This workshop will focus on complex issues and case scenarios and is best suited for participants who have sound knowledge of these visas.

  • Advising on employer sponsorship and nomination requirements
  • Assessing work experience and skills assessment requirements
  • Handling complex client scenarios
