Subject Matter

This workshop will give you the knowledge and tools you need to advise employers and candidates about how to access the South Australian and NT DAMA programs. The workshop will cover the terms of the SA and NT DAMA (including the various concessions available to employers and visa applicants), the labour agreement framework, Home Affairs and DAR policies, variations of existing DAMA labour agreements, ceiling requests, how to provide suitable written submissions, and more.

The workshop is designed to be interactive so come prepared with any questions you may have.

This workshop is comprised of 2 sessions:

Session 1 - (1.5 hours)
