ENS - Complex Issues
Web Desc

Subject Matter

In this workshop participants will develop a stronger understanding of the Employer Nomination Scheme, exploring the complexities at the nomination and visa stages for the Temporary Residence Transition and Direct Entry streams.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the issues and raise questions that are most challenging to practitioners in this area of migration. As this workshop will focus on complex issues and case scenarios, it is best suited for participants who already have a solid knowledge of these visas.
