Subject Matter

This workshop will provide in-depth coverage of complex issues affecting Partner visa applications, including end-of-relationship scenarios, Schedule 3 waivers and proving a relationship where there is little evidence. It will also include discussion on sponsorship limitations, focusing on scenarios where the sponsor has character concerns. Participants will work through various case studies. At the end of this workshop participants should be able to identify and resolve complex issues.

This workshop will focus on complex issues and case scenarios and is best suited for participants who have sound knowledge of these visas.
