Subject Matter
This seminar will explore when labour market testing (LMT) provisions do not apply when inconsistent with Australia’s International Trade Obligations ( ITOs). Participants will examine Australia’s commitments under each of the 18 Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) in force and the one FTA not yet in force, and the World Trade Organization (WTO) General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS).
