Kate Frances Malyon

Katie Malyon has been a registered migration agent for over 15 years and is recognised as one of the leading immigration law practitioners in Australia. The only Australian immigration lawyer personally referred to in the Asia Pacific 500 and also referred to in the 2008 and 2009 International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Law, Katie is “highly recommended” by her clients.

She has recently been named by the Australian Financial Review as one of the Best Lawyers - Immigration 2010 in Australia. Her firm, Katie Malyon & Associates, was joint winner of the ACQ Law Awards 2009 for Corporate Immigration Law Firm of the Year - Australia.

Prior to opening her own boutique immigration law firm, Katie was a Partner with employment law firm Australian Business Lawyers heading up the Business and Skilled Migration Practice Group. Formerly, she was with national law firm Clayton Utz for 15 years.
