Important Information from the Migration Institute of Australia for clients of Live in Australia.com

Tascorp Management Group Pty Ltd, trading as LIVE IN Australia.com, ceased trading and went into liquidation on 25 June 2010. Unfortunately, there have been problems accessing records and therefore there have been unavoidable and regrettable problems in contacting former clients. The former management and the liquidator are addressing these issues as a matter of urgency and clients will be contacted as soon as possible.

The Migration Institute of Australia has informed the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and skills assessment bodies such as Trades Recognition Australia, Vetassess and Engineers Australia of the situation. Measures are being put in place to ensure that the interests of clients who have applications lodged are protected. The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority has also been informed.

Arrangements are being made to either return files to clients or to send them to selected registered migration agents who will be able to assess and complete them at set discount fees. Clients shall be contacted directly about their options as soon as possible.
