Resident Return Visas - Workbook

This workbook examines the main criteria for the grant of a Resident Return Visa. This area of immigration law requires practitioners to fully investigate what his or her client and the family have been doing either in Australia or overseas as the holders of permanent visas and the extent of existing familial, cultural, employment and business relationships.

The Workbook format involves reading a workbook and answering 20 multiple choice questions relating to the contents of the workbook.

Please download the Ecampus Guide from the Additional Information tab above for detailed instructions regarding the use of the system.

Due to Office of the MARA seminar capacity restrictions, unfulfilled registrations take up valuable places in MIA CPD courses. Reimbursement or the issuance of credit notes for those who fail to attend is entirely at the discretion of the MIA and will only be considered under compelling circumstances.
