Merits Review - Workbook

This Workbook enables agents to gain an understanding of the roles and operations of the Migration Review Tribunal (RRT)and the Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT), improved knowledge of the MRT-RRT to improve their clients’ experiences in interacting with and appearing before the two Tribunals and to prepare clients for and support them appropriately during tribunal hearings.

The Workbook format involves reading a workbook and answering 20 multiple choice questions relating to the contents of the workbook.

Due to Office of the MARA seminar capacity restrictions, unfulfilled registrations take up valuable places in MIA CPD courses. Reimbursement or the issuance of credit notes for those who fail to attend is entirely at the discretion of the MIA and will only be considered under compelling circumstances.
