File Management - Workbook

This Workbook concentrates on the professional standards required of migration agents under statutory self-regulation. In particular, it addresses two curriculum areas in the Office of the MARA mandatory activity of File Management: Part 2 - Standards of Professional Conduct and Part 6 - Record Keeping & Management.

The Workbook format involves reading a workbook and answering 20 multiple choice questions relating to the contents of the workbook.

Due to Office of the MARA seminar capacity restrictions, unfulfilled registrations take up valuable places in MIA CPD courses. Reimbursement or the issuance of credit notes for those who fail to attend is entirely at the discretion of the MIA and will only be considered under compelling circumstances.
