Ethics & Professional Practice - Workbook

This Workbook identifies some of the ethical issues that a Migration Agent must consider when conducting a practice as a professional adviser. In particular, we address the Code of Conduct areas of Standards of Professional Conduct (Part 2) and Obligations to Clients (Part 3).

The Workbook format involves reading a workbook and answering 20 multiple choice questions relating to the contents of the workbook.

Due to Office of the MARA seminar capacity restrictions, unfulfilled registrations take up valuable places in MIA CPD courses. Reimbursement or the issuance of credit notes for those who fail to attend is entirely at the discretion of the MIA and will only be considered under compelling circumstances.
