Character Provisions - Workbook

This Workbook outlines the legislation, policy and case law relating to the complex area of Character requirements.  This is essential knowledge for any Agent who wants to manage a well rounded practice and be confident that they can take on complex cases.

The Workbook format involves reading a workbook and answering 20 multiple choice questions relating to the contents of the workbook.
