Subject Matter:
This CPD seminar will address the Temporary Business Sponsorship category, specifically Subclass 457 visa requirements. Agents will gain an understanding of the basic to the advanced criteria for temporary business sponsorship applications as well as training benchmarks, "lawfully operating" requirements, salary requirements and sponsorship obligations.
This seminar will be split into two sections:
- Subclass 457 sponsorship with a case study on preparing a sponsorship and appropriate documentation
- Subclass 457 nomination and application process with Q&A
Speaker:
Raul Senise has an extensive management background and has specialised within immigration since 1999. A regular presenter for the Institute, Raul brings to life the subject matter through the use of real life examples and experience.
