Submissions Writing - Lecture and Seminar

The health test is often accompanied by the mantra ‘one fails, all fail’. However, some visas allow an adverse health finding to be waived if there are compelling and compassionate reasons. This seminar will focus on the types of visas that attract the health waiver, what circumstances may exist for the exercise of the health waiver and the preparation of a comprehensive health waiver submission, focusing on Schedule 4, 4007 criteria and the PAMS.
