This seminar will give an overview of the Student visa process including an examination of the assessment level system and the evidence required to show the genuineness of the student visa applicants. Other important issues to be addressed will include bringing family members to Australia as secondary applicants on student visas, applying for student visas onshore, student visa extensions and visa application lodgement and processing. The seminar will also address conditions on student visas, entitlements and the criteria applicable to student visa applicants under 18 and their guardians.
