Remaining Relative, Child and Carer Visas - Lecture

This seminar will address those family visas that are often overlooked but no less important when agents are giving advice on possible visa options. We will address the legislative criteria including schedules 3, 4 and 5 for Remaining Relatives, Carer, Child and Aged Dependent relatives, with a discussion on important practice points agents should be aware of forming the basis of the seminar. Recent judicial and merits review decisions may also be addressed.
