Recent Legislative Changes - WA State Migration Plans

Subject Matter:

This session will cover recent changes and updates to the WA State Migration Plan along with other amendments to migration law and policy.

This CPD seminars include presentations from:

• Jodie Wallace, State Migration Centre WA covering the State Migration Plans and the new RCB regulations
• Dan Bell, Assistant Manager, Perth Offshore Parent Processing Centre, DIAC covering Parent Visa Processing and Policy Changes
• Lester Ong, RMA and MIA WA State Executive Member providing an overview of recent and forthcoming changes to migration law and policy

MIA National President Ainslie van Onselen will also be in attendance to speak with Members and provide an update on the Institute's strategic direction.
