Parent Visas - Lecture and Case Study Workshop

This lecture and case study presentation will address both onshore and offshore/temporary and permanent Parent and Contributory Parent Visas. The legislative criteria as well as DIAC policy will form the basis of this seminar and focus on important issues as the Balance of Family Test, health and character requirements and Schedule 1 Criteria. Options for aged parents and other visa possibilities for parents who may not pass the Balance of Family test such as Aged Dependent Relative will also be examined.
