Merits Review

Subject Matter:

This seminar will enable agents to gain an understanding of the roles and operations of the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) and the Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT) and enhance their knowledge of the MRT/RRT process. Through attendance, agents will be provided with tips and guidelines on interacting with, and appearing before, the two Tribunals and in preparing and supporting their clients appropriately.
