Andrea Christie-David will share her experiences as a lawyer and paralegal by demonstrating the most efficient means of undertaking legal research with respect to immigration legislation and cases. This session will provide practitioners with a broad understanding of the use of Legend Com, Austlii, Comlaw and other internet based legal research tools. We will also address statutory interpretation and understanding relevant case law and precedent, which can be applied to your daily practice.
