Nick Poynder, a Barrister and Registered Migration Agent, is an expert in this field and has received outstanding feedback from members who have received great benefit from attending his session. This session is aimed at intermediate to advanced practitioners and is a must for any RMAs and lawyers who have ever been asked to provide advice about avenues of appeal from an adverse decision by DIAC.
