General Skilled Migration

This seminar will look at General Skilled Migration options for onshore and offshore applicants. The presentation begins with an overview of the structure of GSM and its visa classes and subclasses. Discussion will focus on the time of application and time of decision criteria that apply to each visa subclass ensuring that participants come away with a solid understanding of the threshold requirements and the points test (when applicable).
