Subject Matter:
Appreciate the ethical implications of working in the migration advice profession. Understand your Code of Conduct obligations. This seminar covers not only standards of professional conduct, but also the issues of confidentiality and the need to plan for effective communications with clients of diverse backgrounds. Practical case studies will be used to emphasise the central role that ethical conduct plays in day to day working lives of migration advice professionals.

Libby Hogarth is the Manager and Principal Consultant of Australian Migration Options. Registered as an agent since 1993, Libby has extensive experience within the field of migration, specifically within the refugee and family categories.
