Employer Sponsored Migration

Subject Matter:

This CPD seminar will provide an overview of the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) to ensure participants are up to date with current legislation, policy detail and processing arrangements. The requirements and available waivers within ENS will also be addressed in more detail.

Speaker:

Ivan Chait is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has consulted in Australian Immigration since 1985. He is an Associate Fellow of the MIA and a regular presenter for the Institute.

Ivan has had extensive experience with Business Migration, Employer Nomination, General Skilled and family migration over the past 25 years.

Capacity:

This seminar is limited to 45 participants as per Office of the MARA requirements.

Due to Office of the MARA seminar capacity restrictions, unfulfilled registrations take up valuable places in MIA CPD courses. Reimbursement or the issuance of credit notes for those who fail to attend is entirely at the discretion of the MIA and will only be considered under compelling circumstances.
