Nick Poynder, Barrister and RMA, will discuss how the Character Provisions of the Migration Act and Regulations are used to invoke visa cancellations and the appropriate avenues for your clients who find themselves in such circumstances. Nick will also discuss the avenues of appeal associated with visa cancellations, how to formulate an argument in response to a notice of intention to cancel on character grounds and procedural issues associated with applications for appeal.
