This Workshop will be held over two days - Friday 24th February and Saturday 25th February.
Subject Matter:
ANU experts will present two days covering: international refugee law and the role of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees; Australia's protection obligations; refugee determination in Australia; the effective use of interpreters and translators; and the Onshore and Offshore Refugee and Humanitarian Programs. This two day workshop will suit anyone intending to effectively represent people seeking asylum in Australia, especially those providing advice under the IAAAS scheme.
